alpha Projects & Work IT UP
From January, 2010 to December, 2015. Alpha Projects managed the portfolios of two Program Management Offices simultaneously - its own group of client projects as well as the training and development program of the Work it UP membership PgMO and the implementation of its internal initiatives and external client projects. Below is a sampling of the types of projects performed.
From January, 2009 - July, 2011 Work it UP served as Professional in Residence at the Maine Center for
Entrepreneurial Development. In addition to providing consulting and project management services
for its own clients Work it UP was the primary on-site resource for business and technology planning
and implementation available to the entrepreneurs enrolled in the programs of the Center.
From April, 2011 - July, 2012 Work it UP contracted with the University Maine System to deliver both
business and technical Program Management services to their Campus Ventures Program (A joint
venture between the Maine Center for Entrepreneurial Development and the Department of External
Projects at the University of Southern Maine's College of Science, Technology & Health.) established to
give Maine-based technology companies a jump-start to bring commercially viable technologies and
products to market.
